General warnings:
Wash the container before first use. Fill up to half an inch below the rim and place the lid on. After heating, always handle with oven mitts to avoid burns. Place the container on a flat surface and keep it away from your face. Handle the lid carefully to slowly release hot steam and place it on a flat surface.
Avoid placing the hot or frozen container on cold or wet surfaces, as this may cause breakage. Always remove the lid a few minutes after taking it
