General instructions:

Fill the container maximum 1 cm_0 25/64 inch to the rim and apply the plastic cover.
The lambada bowl allows freezer storage up to -20°C/-4°F.
The bowl can be used in microwave without lid and by selecting the food heat up programs(max 70°C/158°F)
